Gin, mead, wine, cheese, chocolate and more – join us for Stanthorpe in a day for this action packed tour!
Located around 2 and a half hours to the south west of Brisbane, the Granite Belt regions is THE apple-and-grape-winter-escape with all manner of culinary delights.
In contrast to our usual wine tour of Stanthorpe, this trip has a focus on the other delights Stanthorpe has to offer; and so is the perfect trip if wine isn’t your thing.
Lunch (included) is sure to be a highlight of the day – gourmet cheese platters at Jersey Girls Cheese Cafe to share: ‘4 cheeses of your choice, Hot crusty bread & crackers, Choice of 2 meats (ham/silverside or salami), 4 regional accompaniments, Olives/marinated, baby figs and seasonal fruits, dried fruits’
The day will finish at Balancing Heart Winery with the option of ordering woodfired pizzas (not included).
This event is a terrific way to make some friends – we’ll make plenty of introductions, throughout and there’ll be lots of ‘activities’ (eg drinking wine) to bond over. Or you can come with your friends and enjoy the day.
There is a lot of driving for todays trip with the bus leaving Roma St at 8:00am in the morning and we should get you back to Roma st by 9:00pm; It’s a big day as there’s lots to see! We meet you at Roma St Bus stop 125, opposite the Police Station, near Makerston St.

8:00am Pick up at Roma St Stop 125
9:00am Bathroom/Coffee Stop at Aratula
11:00 am: Gin tasting at Conrad Distillery
12:00pm: Lunch at Jersey Girls Cafe
1:30pm: Visit to Mount Stirling Meadery with half glass mead
2:30pm: Visit to Jamworks
3:30pm: Visit Wisteria Cottage (chocolate)
4:00pm: Balancing Heart Winery for dinner
6:00pm: Depart for Brisbane
9:00 pm: Arrive back at Roma St Brisbane
We meet you in the morning at 8:00am at Roma St Bus Stop 125 opposite the Police Centre near Makerston St. We have our own 12 seat Toyota HiAce to transport you around Stanthorpe so spots are limited!
