It’s the opening weekend Toowoomba Carnival of Flowers and we’re taking you there! We promise you an amazing day of flowers, music, atmosphere and of course the epic vibes of Toowoomba 🙂
To begin the day it’s the Grand Central Floral Parade. we will head to the finishing part of the parade, so that the flowers will be nearby afterwards. There will be plenty of food and drink stalls all around as well as toilets. Once the parade is finished it will be a short walk to Queens Park, the biggest park for the flower displays. Queens Park is also opposite the Toowoomba Farmers Market which runs from 7-12, so you’ll have to time to catch the end of these markets after the parade.
Then we are off to see the flowers at Laurel Bank Park. It’s amazing the amount of planning and care that goes into these flower beds and the formations they design will blow your mind. And of course the colours are incredible. Be sure to bring your best camera and floral dress for this occasion!
What’s included:
-Transport to and from Brisbane, and around Toowoomba
SCHEDULE
8:00am Pick up at Roma St Stop 125
10:00am Arrive at Queens Park for Grand Parade
11:00 am: See Farmers Markets and flowers at Queens Park
1:30pm: Head over to Laurel Bank Park for more flowers
3:30pm: Head back to Brisbane
5:30: Arrive back in Brisbane
We meet you in the morning at 8:00am at Roma St Bus Stop 125 opposite the Police Centre near Makerston St.
